We tend to hold on to old stories, events, people, traumas, hurt feelings, judgement, shame, resentment, anger, outdated opinions, incorrect assumptions, negative mindsets, negative behavior patterns, and many other negative beliefs about ourselves and others for so long they become such heavy weights they keep us from reaching our goals, our highest potential, and our highest joy. It’s time to let all that go!

March 15th, 2025 we are going to do go deep. We’re going to let as much of all that go as we can. We’re going to release our attachments to our own suffering. We’re going to anchor inner-peace, self-love, forgiveness, gratitude, and joy!

The more we each do this work, the more we let go, the more we release, the more we heal, the better our own lives become.
Our relationships with ourselves, with family, partners, co-workers, community members improve. The quality of our work, our hobbies, our goals, all improve. As this all happens, we show the way for others to do the same. We become a spark that lights up those around us.
