What is spiritual life coaching?
Often times we know what we need to be doing to make our lives better, but there is this seemingly unclimbable wall blocking us from taking these steps. No matter what we do we can’t seem to just do it. Or if we do end up taking a few steps, we are very easily knocked off course and we’re back to step one. Time and time again. This usually causes a lot of self-loathing, self-doubt, and we tend to use this as proof that we are less worthy or even keeps un the victimhood mindset. “The world is against me,” kind of thinking.
For others, it’s the knowing that there’s something more, something bigger than ourselves, but we can’t quite tap into it. We have a yearning for connection to divinity or to “God” by whatever definition you have for God, yet we can’t quite make the connection. Our minds can feel chaotic, our nervous system and stress levels can’t quite be calmed. We yearn for clarity, guidance, structure in our minds. This path can make all of that happen and more.
The missing ingredient for many programs out there is spiritual. We are spiritual beings, if we ignore this major aspect of our lives, the rest can fall apart pretty easily. Working on our spiritual health fills in the missing pieces that holds the whole healing process together.
Many other spiritual coaching programs lack a trusted and verified lineage that holds tried and true teachings, tool, healings & rituals. What we offer through the Lineage of King Salomon is thousands of years of teacher-to-student handing down of knowledge that WORKS for EVERYONE.
The key to healing is knowing who you truly are. Shedding layers of masks, trauma response, strategies and stories we are attached to to cope with life. It’s learning how to fully love yourself. It’s knowing, deep in your marrow, in your own divinity. During this program you will start to unpack that which holds you back, you will be built up in light so you can then face and heal your shadows head on. Best bit is you’ll be supported along the process.

This program will shed a lot of Light into the areas that block us from reaching our highest potential allowing us to overcome them. This program is designed to help you to remember who and what you truly are allowing you the empowerment and freedom to create the life you want.
You’ll be supported energetically through weekly group coaching sessions some private coaching, which means you’re guided throughout the process. I’ll be there to answer questions and to help navigate your healing process.

The Life Activation
To be completed in or before week 1. This Activation awakens your divine blueprint, heightens your connection with your Higher Self, while enabling you to bring in and anchor more Light in your physical body. The Life Activation empowers you to maximize your potential, to bring forth unrevealed talents and abilities, and gives you more vitality and clarity. It begins a process of releasing unconscious patterns (old emotional traps we fall into), and clears family and genetic karmic patterns, and so much more.
The Full Spirit Activation
To be completed after week 4. While the Life Activation amplifies your personal connection to your higher self, the FULL SPIRIT ACTIVATION takes that one step further to increase your connection to your soul. By activating these higher aspects of your energy bodies, you are switching on the “superhero system” that exists within everyone. This is the potential to perform miracles in your life and the opportunity to optimize our own divinity.

Weekly Coaching Calls
Starting week 1. Coaching will have a few aspects.
1. I will give you a topic to both meditate and journal about. This will be at-home work you’ll be doing. Keys to living a higher vibrational life.
2. Stress-Reduction principals will be discussed so you can practice them at home and at work. Stress reduction helps our mental and physical health as well.
3. Every week you’ll check-in with our wins and struggles during the week.
4. Every week you’ll have access to group meditations already in-progress at the center. Meditation helps us calm our nervous system so we can think more clearly and reduce our stress hormones. This has a cascading benefit to our mental, physical, and spiritual health. The meditations we do are great even for us with the most squirrely brains.
Weekly Meditation
Starting week 1 and lasting throughout the program.
Every week you’ll have access to Max Meditation on Monday Evenings at either 6p or 7p. You can attend in-person or via Zoom, however, in-person is highly recommended so you can be in the energy and relax even deeper into the meditation.

Sanctuary Meditation
This meditation allows you to connect, meet, and work with your Higher Self and ensure that is who you have “online.”
Sacred Geometry 1 - Class
Creating a sacred space has become increasingly important. The desire to have a safe space to sleep, work, and play is part of the New Paradigm energy.
What are you doing in the spiritual world to keep out unwanted energy? How do you create a sacred, gridded area to build positive energy in your space?
Learn what 'gridding,' is and how can apply this technique can help you hold more Light and stronger space.
In this class you will learn:
How to created a sacred temple.
How to grid your home, workspace, center to keep your space protected and strong.

How to set up an altar for the purposes of your class or your spiritual practice. The altar is the anchor for your class or your home, and is very important for holding the energy.

Astral Travel Class
Learn the art of traveling anywhere in the known Universe including your own Akashic Records
You will learn:
How to safely and easily explore the known Universe.
How to expand one's consciousness in order to travel outside of the physical body.
Learn how to safely shift conscious control and thought from energy in the body to energy out of the body.
How to access and work with your own Akashic Records - also known as your Book of Life.
Gain better appreciation of the God energy and how to access unconditional love.
Empower Thyself
The teacher of this class is either Kelly Aho or Brandon Aho.
This course will introduce you to metaphysical concepts and ancient teachings to EMPOWER your life with the secrets of the sages that have been kept hidden throughout history.
The Empower Thyself Initiation enters you into the ancient lineage of King Salomon, handed down from teacher to student for over 3,000 years. This is a powerful lineage with deep metaphysical teachings that have withstood the eons of time.
As handed down by an official Guide in the Modern Mystery School, the Adept Initiation brings you 10 times greater empowerment to make the energetic and physical changes you need to reach your full potential.
You will learn about how your own energy systems works, how the Hierarchy of Light and heaven is structured, how to work with the Archangels and Angels to guide your life, as well as sacred tools such as rituals, meditations and prayer. Dates, Times & Details
Life Activation. Should be done prior to week 1, if possible, but during week 1 at the latest.
Full Spirit Activation. Minimum of 3 weeks after the Life Activation.
Coaching. Sessions are up to 60 minutes long, once a week.
Meditations. We have Meditation Mondays at 6 & 7p every Monday. Sanctuary Meditation is available on some Wednesdays at 630p.
Sacred Geometry & Astral Travel will be held early to mid point in the program.
Empower Thyself Class is 2-day class and the next one is June 29th-30th for Kelly and in July for Brandon. We will be discussing the dates for this on week 1.
